High Criteria Product Support
High Criteria Inc. provides product support via email. To request support, please send an email to support@HighCriteria.com. Generally, we reply to registered users within the next business day. Sales and other replies will be made as soon as time permits. Please specify either Total Recorder, Dictation Buddy or Personal Info Keeper in the subject line of your email. If your questions involve Total Recorder, please read our Frequently Asked Questions before sending a message. Telephone support is not available.
Users who have lost their registration key or who require a new registration key to support an updated version, should use the self-service registration key management system to obtain a registration key.
If a user has a version 1.x through 5.x copy of Total Recorder, then they must obtain a V6 license key to be used with Total Recorder V6.x and above. They may obtain a V6 license key by using the self-service registration key management system. This system uses the email address under which the product was originally purchased. If this email address is no longer valid, then users requiring a new key should email High Criteria at firstname.lastname@example.org. Users should specify their registration name and E-mail address from the time of registering and their new E-mail address. Registration keys will not be provided over the phone, under any circumstances.
