High Criteria announced today that RONIN Corporation (www.RONIN.com) has acquired a number of Dictation Buddy audio recording software licenses. The Dictation Buddy software will be used to record phone calls at the RONIN Call Center, in Central London. 

The RONIN Call Centre runs market research projects that involve collecting facts, figures and opinions from men and women of all ages and occupation groups about a wide variety of subjects. While RONIN specializes in large European projects, they also have a sound base of UK, American and Japanese customers.

Bihag Patel, the Director of Computing Services for the Call Center, indicates that Dictation Buddy offered the right feature set to address RONIN's requirements. Bihag was also able to easily integrate Dictation Buddy into RONIN's existing computing architecture. "Dictation Buddy was a simple and cost effective solution to our telephone recording requirements." Bihag said.
