The Dictation Buddy software will be used within Compaq’s customer sales and support process to record phone calls at the Compaq call center located just outside of Toronto, Canada. 

As a leading provider of enterprise technology and solutions, Compaq operates the call center as a sales and sales support service for its Canadian customers.
