Total Recorder DE V3.3 introduces new functionality that will be of interest to developers wanting to access Total Recorder audio recording capabilities, from their own applications. It features a dual interface and is convenient to use from any programming or scripting language that supports OLE Automation, in order to control Total Recorder.

If you are not familiar with OLE Automation or you are not a programmer, then you will probably be more interested in Total Recorder Standard Edition.
